After a 60 or 90 minute massage at Spadyssey, not only will you feel much better, you will feel like you're in a different world! Swedish Massage	60/90 min	$85/115
The massage is a great way to relax. Swedish massage uses five styles of flowing pressure techniques to bring about relaxation and rid the body of stress. These wonderful techniques are effleurage (light touch), petrissage (kneading), tapotement (rhythmic tapping), friction (compression), and vibration. All of our therapists are highly skilled in this modality and are considered to be some of the best in the country. In addition to being very relaxing, a great massage can also improve muscle tone, mitigate migranes, improve circulation and joint flexibility.

Shoulders, Neck & Back	30/60 min	$40/75
90% of the time, people have issues with their Shoulders, Neck and Back. Our Therapists are experts at breaking down the knots and relieving the tension and pressure within the muscles in these regions of your body. If you have been stressed, then this focalized massage would be perfect for you!

Two's Company Massage	60/90 min	$180/240
Spadyssey is the only spa in Downtown providence to offer massage for two in the same room. Loosen up with your beau (or belle) and treat each other to a romantic, candle-lit massage for two. Or indulge in a side-by-side full body therapeutic Swedish massage with a friend or sibling and benefit from each other's company.

Deep Tissue	60/90 min	$95/125
This massage is a more intensive form of Swedish massage that reaches the underlying layers of muscle tissue and fascia. It releases chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep pressure on contracted areas. The technique is a full body massage, however it focuses special attention on the neck, back and shoulders which are the main culprits when it comes to knots, tension and stress! Deep tissue may cause some soreness during or right after the massage, however, within a day or two you will feel better than ever.

Hot Stone Therapy	60/90 min	$100/130
The practice of Hot Stone combines smooth hot basalt stones to relieve stiffness and soreness. The heat and energy from the stones allow the therapist to work deeper on muscles for an amazing and truly relaxing experience.

Migraine Massage	30/60 minutes	$40/75
A skilled therapist can utilize full body massage techniques to relieve migraine headaches. At Spadyssey we work on specific Migraine Pressure Points that will not only take away the pain, but also correct the imbalance within your body that is causing your headaches. Your therapist will also tell you what you can do going forward to prevent or minimize your migraines.

Pregnancy Massage	60/90 min	$95/125
Just what your body ordered. Massage during pregnancy feels wonderful. In addition, there are plenty of medical benefits, including stress relief on weight-bearing joints, such as ankles and the low back. It also reduces swelling in the hands and feet.

Shiatsu	60/90 min	$95/125
A massage technique involving pressure applied along the energy meridians and acupressure points of the body in order to unblock and balance the body's energy. This massage is administered while you are fully clothed.

Aromatherapy Massage	60/90 min	$95/125
Aromatherapy is the art of healing using specially formulated blends of aromatic essential oils to soothe the mind and body. The oils contain substances that have been found to be therapeutic when inhaled or applied to the skin.

Quadrossage (tm)	30/60 min	$100/190
This is our signature massage service, and one that you will only find at Spadyssey day spa. Quadrossage(tm) focuses on the therapeutic use of two massage therapists working on you at the same time. The results are nothing less than phenomenal.

Semissage (tm)	30 min	$55
Looking for a quick energy boost and a nice way to relax, then try our 30-minute massage. Just the thing for a lunchtime retreat.

Spa Reflexology	30/60 min	$50/75
This ancient technique uses pressure-point massage on the feet or hands, to relieve pain, alleviate stress and restore the flow of energy throughout the body. The application of pressure on certain points also helps to eliminate toxins, bring about relaxation, and stimulate the healthy functioning of internal organs.

This traditional facial includes cleansing, toner application, exfoliation, pressure point massage and customized mask. Extractions of impurities not included.

Aromatherapy Facial			(30 Min.) $50
This traditional facial disperses blends of aromatic essential oils to help aid in bringing about a soothing and relaxing experience. It includes cleansing, toner application, exfoliation, pressure point massage and a customized mask. Extractions of impurities not included.

Europa Facial			(60 Min.) $85
Customized for your skin type, this facial includes cleansing, toning, exfoliation and mask to improve skin tone and texture. Also included is a manual extraction of impurities and blackheads. A relaxing massage and custom treatment mask helps to balance and soothe your skin. We finish with a moisturizer that leaves your skin glowing.

Chocolate Facial [Signature Facial]			(60 Min.) $90.
This EXCLUSIVE and luxurious all-natural facial is beneficial for all skin types. This two-step facial includes a cooling Vitamin-C mask as well a thermal chocolate mask.

Ultra Firming Vitamin Facial			(60 Min.) $95
An anti-aging facial that includes cleansing, toning, exfoliation and extractions, followed by a Vitamin C serum and mask application. Great for mature skin types.

Hot Towel Facial [ For Men ]			(60 Min.) $85 ...
Customized for a gentleman's specific skin needs, a deep cleansing is followed by an exfoliating scrub and extraction. The treatment concludes with a cool, soothing mask to balance and hydrate the skin, also helping to alleviate shaving irritation.

Traditional Manicure	30 Min	$25
In this tradtional manicure, your nails will be shaped to perfection and your hands will receive a relaxing massage. Your treatment will be completed with a detailed application of the polish of your choice. Integrate a paraffin treatment for $12 that will add a protective layer of moisture to your skin and leave your hands feeling ultra soft.

Signature Manicure	40 Min	$35
The creme de la creme of manicures. It's essentially a facial for your hands. Pamper your hands with this specialty manicure and hand treatment using an enriching multi-vitamin AHA exfoliant with vitamins A, C, E, B5 and F. Your hands will be massaged with an aloe vera and vitamin E lotion, nails shaped, cuticles trimmed, and a paraffin treatment applied for the ultimate in comfort. Lastly, we finished off your nails the polish of your choice.. . The AHA that we use in this treatment is extremely useful for those that have hyper-pigmentation or environmental damage (i.e. over-exposure to the sun).

Perfect for the person with limited time and/or is in between regular pedicures.

Traditional Pedicure	40 Min	$45
Pamper yourself with this traditional pedicure and foot treatment using a warmed multi-vitamin cream with vitamins A, C, E, B5 and F. Your nails will be shaped, cuticles trimmed and massaged and finished off with the polish of your choice. Integrate a paraffin treatment for $12 that will add a protective layer of moisture to your skin and leave your feet feeling ultra soft.

Spa Pedicure	50 Min	$55
The creme de la creme of pedicures. It's essentially a facial for your feet. Pamper your hands with this specialty pedicure and foot treatment using a multi-vitamin exfoliant with vitamins A, C, E, B5 and F. Your feet will be massaged with a vitamin therapy foot treatment cream, treated to a strawberry soak, nails shaped, cuticles trimmed, and a mask applied for the ultimate in comfort. Lastly, we finished off with the polish of your choice.

Our Spa paraffin treatment begins with an invigorating exfoliation with an aromatic strawberry scrub. Your hands or feet are dipped into warm and silky moisturizing paraffin, then wrapped and surrounded with heat. The paraffin seals in moisture and is easily removed to reveal soft, supple skin. This is a perfect treatment for dry, rough or chapped skin.

Detoxifying Mud Body Wrap	60 Min	$90
This application of all natural, nutrient-rich mud is designed to gently balance circulation and deep cleanse your system. After the mud is applied, you are swaddled in soft, warming blankets.

With this wrap, we start with a full exfoliation using a sweet-smelling all natural strawberry salt scrub, and then you are covered in a special chocolate fondue mixture that will completely hydrate and moisturize your skin. Waxing/Threading

Spadyssey is the premier destination in Providence, for authentic middle-eastern threading. Our threading staff, who are highly skilled in this art, hail directly from the middle-east and use only the purest Egyptian or Indian threads. If you have sensitive skin, then our threading is for you!.

For the most effective waxing, we suggest that you have at least 3 weeks worth of growth. Waxing prior to this point will result in more rapid re-growth and potential hair breakage.

For your safety, we ask that you avoid serious sun exposure for 24 hours before and after your appointment. Clients who are currenntly on retin-a, renova or accutane cannot be waxed (we recommend threading) due to the sensitized state of the skin that results from these medications.
